Back in October I had the pleasure of filming the wedding of Chantal Denny-Harrow at the wonderful Austin Court in central Birmingham. Since then we have kept in touch and I love to see what Chantal’s been up to since her big day. After years of fad dieting Chantal’s speciality is long-term weight management programmes which she is very passionate about. Her success has seen Sky1 approach her to coach and mentor TV star Alison Hammond during an 8 week regime for the daytime programme Angela and Friends. It’s a great achievement for Chantal and I wish her all the best with the show.
